Shipping and Returns
Shipping is free.
We work with a selection of handpicked suppliers in China to source our unique products, and ship directly from their overseas warehouses. This is how we're able to offer the best prices.
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing, and 12 to 40 days for shipping. If more than 40 days have passed since your order was shipped, please email us at email@example.com and we will review the status of your order.
We currently ship to Australia and USA, with free tracked shipping for all purchases. We are working on adding other countries.
Local pick-up is unfortunately not available.

While we hope this never happens, returns or exchanges will be accepted for products purchased if they are faulty or in the event that the products delivered do not match your order. In the event of any faults or breakages, we will work with you to provide either replacement parts, to replace the product in full, or provide a refund.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the issue and your order ID. We will respond within 1 to 2 business days with next steps.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
