Shipping Policy


Due to the pandemic there are major disruptions in global shipping due to the closures of ports and borders, grounded flights and an unusually high volume of parcels moving through the postal systems. The majority of our items are shipped from Chinese suppliers, and current estimations are that orders will take more than eight weeks to arrive.

We are unable to give an estimated time of arrival for orders as postal authorities have not released this information, and you should expect a significant delay with your parcel's arrival. Please note that we have successfully delivered over 5000 orders in the last two years of running this store, and are doing all we can to get your orders to you. We trust that orders will be delivered, as global postal organisations continue to work together in to deliver the backlog of millions of affected parcels

We will continue to monitor the advice of the Australian Federal Government and Australia Post for any updates.

As a result of this, we are currently not selling or shipping any items from China therefore if you are a previous customer looking for an item you've ordered, it's been temporarily removed from the store to pause future purchases for now. We have a limited amount of stock in Australia and New Zealand with existing suppliers or in our own warehouses for sale.


Shipping is free!

We work with a selection of handpicked suppliers in China (currently paused), New Zealand as well as Australia to source our unique products, and ship directly from their warehouses. This is how we're able to offer the best prices.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing, and 12 to 40 days for shipping. If more than 40 days have passed since your order was shipped, please email us at and we will review the status of your order.

We ship to Australia, USA, Canada, the UK & New Zealand, with free tracked shipping for all purchases.

Returns/Replacements Policy

Buying online can be tricky! Refunds are available for change of mind on orders so long as the item(s) are received by us within 60 days of the original purchase date, and are in their original condition, in their original intact packaging.

While we hope this never happens, returns or exchanges will be accepted for products purchased if they are faulty or in the event that the products delivered do not match your order. In the event of any faults or breakages, we will work with you to provide either replacement parts, to replace the product in full, or provide a refund.

Postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is deemed faulty. If you purchase using PayPal, costs may be reimbursed (read below for further information). We recommend using a trackable method for postage, as the item remains the responsibility of the customer until it’s been received by us. We are not liable for parcels lost in transit.

To arrange a return, please email with your order number and reason for return. We will then reply advising next steps for the returns process.

Did you know you can have return shipping refunded if you purchased through PayPal? You are eligible for up to 8 shipping returns refunds up to the value of $45 each per year.
